From the moment you enter WellSpring Oncology, you’ll know you’re somewhere special.  It’s not a typical atmosphere.  In fact, with fountains, gardens, high-definition televisions, beautiful artwork and comfortable furniture, it feels more like a spa.  And by offering multiple services under a single roof, cancer treatment has never been so convenient.

The building was designed to provide an accommodating environment for patients and families. There are conference rooms and areas for support group meetings and medical update conferences.

There was room to include an infusion center for people who may need IV medication or fluids to help them through radiation.

There was room to include an imaging center so that patients can conveniently get necessary CT scans, MRI or PET scans right in our facility, and so that the treating physicians can review the studies in conference with the diagnostic radiologists to ensure the most accurate interpretation of the studies and to get the results back to the patients as soon as possible. It was designed with a shared computer network so that diagnostic images can be combined or fused in the treatment delivery computer system to ensure the most accurate targeting of the tumor or malignancy.
